MAG began as the vision of the Principals of the firm in 2000 with the goal to become the premier Management Consulting and Human Resources company serving public sector and non-profit organizations. MAG has developed the most comprehensive software programs in the industry to fully support and automate market data collection, data analysis, compensation and classification process. Today MAG has scores of clients that include state, county and local government as well as any number of political subdivisions and not-for-profit organizations. MAG attributes the rapid growth of the company to the dedicated staff who tirelessly work to bring added value to the studies and to exceed our clients expectations. Today MAG's main office is located in the suburb of Washington, DC with regional offices in Florida and the Carolinas.
