MAG began as the vision of the Principals of the firm in 2000 with the goal to become the premier Management Consulting and Human Resources company serving public sector and non-profit organizations. MAG has developed the most comprehensive software programs in the industry to fully support and automate market data collection, data analysis, compensation and classification process. Today MAG has scores of clients that include state, county and local government as well as any number of political subdivisions and not-for-profit organizations. MAG attributes the rapid growth of the company to the dedicated staff who tirelessly work to bring added value to the studies and to exceed our clients expectations. Today MAG's main office is located in the suburb of Washington, DCwith regional offices in Florida and the Carolinas.
Future Goals
MAG's focus is on delivering quality studies quickly and efficiently to our clients. We have become the one stop shop for all government compensation-classification studies, Fire and EMS reviews, general management organizations reviews and staffing analysis. We want to continue to be name that you think of when you need Human Resources consulting. Continuing to meet the needs of our public sector clients, MAG has spun off a fully independent company that can provide governments with a variety of flexible solutions to their GASB obligations.
